  • Overcome objections and address customer concerns professionally.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.
  • Capture and accurately record lead information in our CRM system.
  • Nurture leads through follow-up calls and emails.
• Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and appointments.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
